(Search “wade keller” to subscribe in podcast app or CLICK HERE to subscribe in Apple Podcasts.) reader Allen sent this report on his experience as a WWE Fan Axxess volunteer last Friday night in Phoenix, Ariz…

-Becky had the biggest VIP line by far.  She had a big smile on her face and was full of energy.  She seemed to really be having a blast with her popularity.  Every fan I talked to that got to meet her had nothing but nice things to say!  One person even told me it was worth the extra money.

-Dean Ambrose has the worst VIP line.  It looked like about 10 people.

-I worked in a general admission picture taking area.  The Iconics were like their TV characters… goofy and over the top.   All the guys were into them.

-Keith Lee was very humble and soft spoken.

-Some people didn’t recognize Cedric Alexander, but he was one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met.  He was really great with kids and had several “dad of the year” moments.

-Nia Jax was really popular and everyone was excited to get a photo.

-I was surprised that Asuka was a free photo with general admission considering she’s the current champ.

PWTorch editor Wade Keller presents the Thursday Flagship edition of the Wade Keller Pro Wrestling Podcast with guest cohost Jason Powell from and the Pro Wrestling Boom podcast. They discuss Dean Ambrose departing WWE and his potential in AEW and its impact on WWE locker room, the new look of ROH in 2019, and many other topics including Daniel Bryan, Ronda Rousey, A.J. Styles, and more.

-Other free photos and autographs with G.A. admission were: Jeff Hardy,  Baron Corbin, Samoa Joe,  Apollo Crews, and Paige.

-They taped NXT UK as well as a few random NXT matches.

-Triple H addressed the crowd and held a live Q&A session with fans.  Everyone loved him.

-Most people seems to think Seth Rollins was going to win the Rumble.

-Becky signed a girl’s Rounda Rousey jacket which said: “Was owned by The Man.” LOL.

-On side note,  we were instructed several times to refer to the talent as “Superstars.” We were instructed to not use any other terms, especially not “wrestlers!” Then Samoa Joe cur a promo saying “I am professional wrestling!”
